Knowledge Base done right...

I am a visual guy.  If I want to learn how to do something, I need to see it for myself.  Over the last couple months I have found myself repeately returning to VMware's KB TV to help me when I am stumped or if I get a question from a customer out of left field.  Of course the communities are always a great resource and it will always be one of my first choices for resources and help.
